muchos otros.

Realizó giras por Europa y Sudamérica tocando tanto la guitarra como el saxo
tenor, como solista y sideman.
Sus influencias principales son: Eric Clapton,T-Bone Walker, Charlie Christian, B.B. King, Duke Robillard, Chris Flory, Illinois Jacquet, Red Prysock, Scott Hamilton y Gene Ammons.

JuanMa Torres could be be one of the greatest young jazz and blues players of his generation. He effortlessly fuses the deep influences on his playing— from BB King and T-Bone Walker, through great R&B and Funk guitarists like Spanky Alford and Jubu Smith, all the way to being able to play Lester Young solos note-for-note— and plays all of this with his own voice!

Su primer disco “Swing City Sessions, Vol. 3” puede ser escuchado en todas
las plataformas digitales, donde es acompañado de los mejores músicos de
Blues y Rhythm & Blues del país.
También cuenta con un EP “Rose Room” grabado en vivo en 2023, en
formato Swing Sextet.
En el plano de la docencia se desempeña como profesor de guitarra desde
hace más de 20 años.
